- Haskap Berry Smoothie (Haskap berries, cashews, banana, strawberries, coconut water, almond milk)
- Green Glow Smoothie (Spinach, freeze-dried spirulina, coconut water, mango, microgreens, almond butter)
Soup & Panini Station + cassava croutons:
- Cream of Asparagus Soup (Seasonal asparagus blended with fresh herbs)
- Beet Hummus Panini (Beet hummus, arugula, olives, vine tomato, and fresh PF arugula on pressed artisan bread)
- Avocado Toast or cashew cheese and smoked carrots (Fresh bagels with avocado mash, lemon, cilantro, and microgreens)
Seasonal Salad Station
- Mixed greens with basil cashew dressing

- Classic Carrot Cake
- Moist carrot cake with carob ganache
