Board Voting Is Now Open!

Please read carefully before voting. To vote, you must be a member in good standing OR hold an organic certificate. You may vote only for board members in your category (e.g. producers vote for producers); each member receives one vote per category. All members and supporting members may vote for Directors-at-Large, up to four votes in the 2025 elections. Visit our website to view membership options or to renew.

How Voting Works

As a voting member, you’ll be asked to vote for Board candidates representing your Membership Sector. For example, certified producers will vote for producer candidates. Once sector-specific seats are filled, all voting members can participate in general elections for any remaining open seats.
Each member has one vote per seat available to them. You may vote in advance by electronic ballot or live during the AGM.

Voting will remain open through the AGM.
